Doyle LLP Trial Lawyers has been retained by a victim of a serious crime in a case alleging inadequate security against VLive@Vintage Steakhouse, LLC d/b/a VLive Houston, 8000 Interests, Ltd., and DG Interests, Inc. The suit alleges that 8000 Interests, as the property owner was negligent in that it allowed VLive to operate an unsafe facility that was a public nuisance.

Doyle LLP Trial Lawyers has been retained by the family of a victim of a deadly criminal assault in an inadequate security case alleging negligence, wrongful death, and violations of the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act, against APTMC, LLC d/b/a Magnolia Cove Apartments and Gatesco, Inc.  The suit alleges that APTMC, LLC d/b/a Magnolia Cove Apartments and Gatesco, Inc. negligently operated the Magnolia Cove Apartments, located in North Houston, and failed to provide security which resulted in multiple violent crimes that were not disclosed to potential or current tenants.  The case will be tried to a Jury of Harris County citizens in the 129th District Court of Harris County, Texas.

Premises liability and dog bite Lawsuit

PREMISES LIABILITY AND DOG BITE LAWSUIT

In May 2020, Doyle LLP filed suit on behalf of our client against individual defendants. The client had been the victim of a violent dog mauling at the residence of the defendants. The suit, which was filed in Nueces County, Texas states defendants’ negligence in numerous matters with regard to the handling of a known dangerous animal caused serious permanent injuries and damages to Doyle LLP’s client.
