Doyle LLP Trial Lawyers has filed suit against Personnel Staffing, Inc. of Texas and Modern Ag Products, Ltd. in Beaumont, Texas for wrongful termination and discrimination under the Texas Labor Code Section 451.001, following its client’s September 2014 work injury.

Texas law prohibits discrimination against discrimination and wrongful termination of an employee in retaliation for pursuing workers’ compensation benefits.
Nonetheless, Personnel Staffing and Modern Ag terminated Doyle LLP’s client only one week after he suffered a work injury.

Doyle LLP’s client is entitled to seek lost wages, mental anguish, and other financial damages caused by the wrongful termination.
