Doyle Dennis Avery LLP Trial Lawyers has filed suit against Kirby Offshore Marine Operating, LLC (“Kirby”) alleging negligence, unseaworthiness, and wrongful termination. The case is a result of an the job injury sustained by Plaintiff that occurred on August 20th, 2014.

Our client was employed as a first mate on a Kirby run barge vessel operating in Alaska (the Arctic Circle). In the course of his duty, Plaintiff was required to place a large Yokohama Type Barge Fender over the side of the vessel using a crane.

The Arizona Court of Appeals (Division One) has rightfully reversed and remanded the decision of the Superior Court in Maricopa County to dismiss our client’s case against SCF National Insurance Company; Ralph Morris (“SCF National”). This appellate court victory means Plaintiff’s case will once again take place following an earlier decision of the trial court to dismiss the case.

Doyle Dennis Avery LLP Trial Lawyers has filed suit against Hess Corporation d/b/a Hess Exploration and Production (“Hess”), Seadrill Americas, Inc. (“Seadrill”), and Seadrill Management, LTD. d/b/a Seadrill Global Services (also “Seadrill”) for negligence causing injury and further improper handling of injury. This suit is necessary to collect a legal debt and damages on behalf of Plaintiff.

Doyle Dennis Avery LLP Trial Lawyers has filed suit against KBR, Inc., Kellog Brown & Root Services, Inc., and KBR Technical Services, Inc. (together “KBR”) to address injuries resulting from a burn pit operated by these companies in Iraq.

Doyle Dennis Avery LLP Trial Lawyers has initiated a suit against Ace American Insurance Company (“Ace American”), Gallagher Bassett Claims, Inc. (“Gallagher Bassett”), and claims adjuster Lori Noel. This suit is necessary to address actions of bad faith taken by the defendants in handling the workers’ compensation claim of our client.
