Arizona law provides a cause of action for retaliatory termination to a worker injured on-the-job. Ariz. Rev. Stat. § 23-1501(3)(c)(iii). The suit was necessitated by Viking SupplyNet’s discriminatory misconduct and then retaliatory discharge of Doyle Dennis Avery LLP ’s client for filing an on the job injury claim and seeking benefits under the Arizona worker’s compensation laws. Doyle Dennis Avery LLP ’s client, a loyal and hard-working employee of Viking SupplyNet, was injured while working on the job on July 29, 2015.
