Doyle Dennis Avery LLP Trial Lawyers has filed suit against BL Technology, Inc. (“BL Technology”) alleging discriminatory misconduct and retaliatory discharge following an on the job injury claim.

Our client, a loyal employee of BL Technology, was injured on the job on October 30, 2013. The injury required back surgery with a difficult and long recovery period. To add insult, and real further injury, BL Technology began taking discriminatory actions against Plaintiff culminating in wrongful firing following surgery.

On October 17, 2013 Plaintiff experienced significant pain in the lower back while carrying three approximately eighteen pound chains up a ladder. Our client reported this injury to supervisors, as the pain made our client’s job difficult to perform.
