LLP’s Client was severely injured when an intoxicated AECOM employee wrecked the company bus into her vehicle on a military base in Afghanistan.  The employee was on his way to Latin Night on the other side of the base, and AECOM allowed off duty employees to use the bus during leisure time.  This time, however, an AECOM employee, who did not have a valid driver’s license because of a prior DUI, had consumed a water bottle full of vodka before getting behind the wheel. Doyle Dennis Avery LLP filed suit in June of 2014 in California Superior Court for the County of Los Angeles, where AECOM’s company headquarters is located.
