Doyle LLP Trial Lawyers has initiated a suit against Unum Life Insurance Company and The Paul Revere Life Insurance Company (“Unum”) for breach of contract, breach of the duty of good faith and fair dealing, violations of the Texas Insurance Code, and violations of the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices for the wrongful denial of a long term disability policy purchased from Unum.
