Doyle Dennis Avery LLP Trial Lawyers has filed suit against Zurich American Insurance Company, Gallagher Bassett Services, Inc., and Patricia Sampson. Indeed, Defendants denied benefits just two days before Doyle Dennis Avery LLP ’s Client was scheduled to have surgery.
As a direct result of the numerous delays and denials, Doyle Dennis Avery LLP ’s Client was forced to hire and pay a lawyer to help him secure the workers’ compensation benefits to which he was entitled. After proceeding through all preliminary proceedings before the Industrial Commission of Arizona, he was able to secure a binding final determination from the Industrial Commission of Arizona, ordering payment of the long overdue benefits that he deserved and earned. The Award by the Industrial Commission of Arizona exhausted all available administrative remedies. However, the delays had consequences on Doyle Dennis Avery LLP ’s client. They caused him to suffer damages separate and distinct from his on-the-job injury, including but not limited to additional physical pain and suffering, mental anguish, credit and other financial damage, lost future and past wages, permanent impairment, lost enjoyment of life, and out-of-pocket expenses.
